The Saddleback Republican Assembly will meet in Laguna Hills to host U.S. Senate candidate Bill Horn on Nov. 18. Horn, a two-term San Diego County 5th District supervisor, will answer questions regarding his position on abortion, crime, affirmative action, education and family values.
