* The annual KKBT the Beat Holiday Cooldown concert, set for Dec. 11 at the Wiltern Theatre, will feature an evening with D’Angelo, right. The group Ideal will also appear, and Mary J. Blige will be the host. Tickets go on sale Saturday. . . . Another radio-sponsored concert will take place Dec. 14, when KCRW-FM brings Dido, P.J. Olsson and Tara MacLean to the El Rey Theatre. Tickets go on sale today. . . . Tickets will be available Saturday for a second Rage Against the Machine concert at the Great Western Forum on Dec. 20. . . . Counting Crows have also added some dates, booking the Wiltern Theatre Dec. 20 and 21 following the sellout of their first three shows there. Tickets go on sale Saturday. . . . The Knitters, Teddy Thompson, Peter Himmelman, Grant Lee Phillips and the Push Stars have been confirmed for the Gimme Shelter benefit Dec. 15 at the Roxy. . . . Also due at the Roxy is Trulio Disgracias, playing a 10th anniversary show on Nov. 30. . . . San Tomas, featuring Mike Patton of Mr. Bungle and Dave Lombardo of Slayer, plays the Whisky Dec. 22 and the Troubadour Dec. 23. . . . Coming to the Coach House: Jude on Dec. 18, Starship Jan. 14, Dread Zeppelin Jan. 15 and Don McLean March 11.
