Film Roman Reports Net Loss of $1.96 Million Animation company Film Roman Inc., North Hollywood, reported net loss for the third quarter ended Sept. 30 of $1.96 million compared with a net loss of $2.46 million for the same period last year. Revenues dropped to $3.6 million from $5.3 million.
It’s been a turbulent fall for Film Roman, which produces “The Simpsons” and “King of the Hill.” In October, the company’s board abruptly dismissed David Pritchard, the chief executive officer. The company has yet to replace Pritchard.
