The Planning Commission will meet at 7:30 tonight to consider a new request by the owner of the historic Gilbert Kraemer house to build 10 homes on the 1.5-acre lot. The project is the latest in a series of proposals submitted to the city. The owner of the property wants to develop the land to raise money to help pay the costs of renovating the 81-year-old structure. The meeting will take place in council chambers at City Hall, 401 E.
