FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The Planning Commission approved a permit for outdoor seating at Arriba Fresh Mexican Grill, a restaurant that will serve food, beer and wine at the Fountain Valley Plaza, 18120 Brookhurst St. The restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
