SEASON AT A GLANCE: Fuller, a wide receiver and strong safety, has 20 catches for 432 yards and five touchdowns. On defense, he leads the Indians with 20 unassisted tackles and three interceptions. He’s considered Hart’s fastest player.
WEEK AT A GLANCE: Fuller twice caught short passes and raced 82 yards for touchdowns in Hart’s 43-3 Foothill League victory over Saugus. He also returned an interception 49 yards for a touchdown. His big plays helped quarterback Kyle Matter set a school record with 489 yards passing. “He turned some short passes into great runs,” Coach Mike Herrington said. “He just pulled away from people. He’s Mr. Everything for us.”

Krystal McFarland
SCHOOL: Buena
YEAR: Senior
SPORT: Volleyball
SEASON AT A GLANCE: McFarland, an outside hitter, is the leader in kills for the Bulldogs, who are embroiled in a race for the Channel League title. She has paced Buena to a 10-5 record, 4-3 in league play, after helping the team reach the Southern Section Division I-A semifinals last season.
WEEK AT A GLANCE: McFarland totaled 50 kills in two league matches. She had 27 kills against Santa Barbara, ranked No. 2 in Division I-A, helping the Bulldogs rally from a two-game deficit to win in five games. McFarland had 23 kills in Buena’s three-game victory over Dos Pueblos.
