A Brea Junior High School physical education teacher charged with molesting four boys at the school pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana.
Craig Coleman, 34, will face another preliminary hearing Nov. 12, when his trial date will be set. Tuesday’s hearing officially introduced the case to Superior Court.
Coleman pleaded not guilty to four felony counts of committing a lewd act on a child at a previous hearing in February at the Justice Center in Fullerton when he was first charged.
Since February, Coleman has been placed on unpaid leave, in accordance with school district policy.
