LOS ALAMITOS
Three nonprofit organizations are coming together to put on a street fair at “Love Street,” a small street off Katella Avenue, on Oct. 23. The street is actually called Reagan Street, but because it houses three charitable organizations--We Care, Casa Youth Shelter and Precious Life Shelter--it is commonly known as Love Street.
The street will be blocked off for children’s activities, game booths, entertainment, food, crafts and antique sales. At 8 a.m. there will be a pancake breakfast hosted by the Kiwanis of Cypress at Isadore Church. A parade at Laurel Park will begin at 9:30 a.m., and the festivities will continue until 4 p.m.
