IRIS Reports Increased Net Income for 4th Quarter
International Remote Imaging Systems Inc. in Chatsworth reported net income for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31 of $1 million, compared with a net loss of $2,000 for the fourth quarter of 1998. Revenue rose to $7.4 million from $5.4 million. For the year ended Dec. 31, the company reported a net loss of $1.1 million contrasted with net earnings of $667,000 for 1998. Revenue was $25.7 million compared with $$21.6 million.
