City officials may team up with a local job search firm to enhance the services offered to students at the Cathy Torrez Learning Center.
Plans call for the company, Diversified Staffing Solutions, to take over management of the city-run center on weekdays and provide new computers, software and Internet access for students. In return, the company could use the site when students aren’t there. The proposal has not yet come to the City Council for a vote.
