Allen to Sell More Microsoft Shares

Microsoft Corp. co-founder Paul Allen filed to sell 2 million shares of stock in the software maker. The shares are worth $143 million, bringing his total sales this year to $4.4 billion, according to regulatory filings. Allen has sold or filed to sell 48.5 million company shares this year, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
