Bring Troops Home

* Some years ago, President Clinton sent troops to Bosnia with the promise that they would be home by that Christmas. Now, as a lame-duck president, he just has time to issue the command that will make that promise come true, even though late. While he is at it, he could also recall all the troops from Korea. Forty-six years ago I was discharged from the Navy during the Korean War. Isn’t it time for the Koreans to finish their own problems?
