Festival of Arts officials are putting the final touches on a feasibility study of the Laguna Beach event’s possible relocation to San Clemente.
San Clemente, which is in exclusive negotiations with the festival board for a new lease, had asked event officials to do a study outlining land uses, activities, traffic, financing and operating costs, said City Manager Michael W. Parness.
When San Clemente officials receive the report, they will work with the festival board to draft a conceptual agreement, which the City Council would vote on, Parness said.
