* Family--Center Stage Theater’s Upstarts Youth Theatre Project will present “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” for its debut production. * Family--June Foray, the voice of Rocket J. Squirrel in the “Rocky and Bullwinkle” cartoons, brings to life Prokofiev’s classical music fairy tale “Peter and the Wolf” in a performance with the West Coast Symphony Orchestra on Sunday at the Lobero Theatre. Presented by the Cielo Foundation and the Lobero Theatre Foundation, the annual production features 48 cartoon slides by illustrator Jamie Pfeiffer. New for this year’s program is Saint-Saens’ “Carnival of the Animals” with verse by Ogden Nash and narrated by Foray. Show time: 3 p.m. The theater is at 33 E. Canon Perdido St., Santa Barbara.
