‘Cosby’ Moves, ‘Angels’ Debuts and ‘The Sopranos’ Returns
This weekend, Steven Bochco premieres his new series, Fox Family Channel unveils its new drama and everyone’s favorite mobsters, “The Sopranos,” return for a new season on HBO.

Joe Lando, who played Sully on “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,” has cut his hair to play a concerned counselor in the new Fox Family Channel dramatic series, “Higher Ground,” Friday at 9 p.m. Lando’s character works in a mountainside high school for troubled teens.
Robbie Williams and Sixpence None the Richer perform their hits on the latest installment of “Hard Rock Live,” Saturday at midnight on VH1.
“Austin City Limits,” Sunday at 12:15 a.m. on KCET, presents Mary Chapin Carpenter in concert.
Steven Bochco’s new series, “City of Angels,” kicks off Sunday at 8 p.m. on CBS. Created by Bochco, Paris Barclay and Nicholas Wootton, the new series examines the personal and professional lives of the employees of an L.A. County hospital. Blair Underwood, Vivica A. Fox, Michael Warren and Robert Morse star. The series will move to its regular time slot, Wednesdays at 8 p.m.
HBO’s Emmy Award-winning mob series, “The Sopranos,” kicks off a second season with 13 new episodes, Sunday at 9 p.m. In the opening episode, Uncle Junior is in jail and Tony must cope with being boss. The only problem is Dr. Melfi won’t see him.
The late actress Dorothy Stratten is profiled on the “E! True Hollywood Story,” Sunday at 10 p.m. on E!
