The deadline for candidates to fill out the remaining City Council term of former Mayor Juan Garcia is Monday, city officials said.
The term expires in December.
Candidates must fill out a council application and provide any other associated paperwork, such as a resume or biography, to the city clerk’s office no later than 5 p.m. Monday.
