Ever wondered what it would be like to be on the wrong side of the law during a police SWAT team entry? Law-abiding citizens can find out through a Citizens’ Academy class being offered through the Police Department.
Applications are being accepted for the 13-week class, which is designed to give participants a behind-the-scenes look at their local Police Department. The program begins Feb. 24 and will be held Thursday from 7 to 10 p.m. Information: (714) 562-3992.
