Bond Dealers
Re “Panel Backs Bond Dealers Against Moorlach’s Advice,” Jan. 14: Orange County Treasurer John M.W. Moorlach is the most honest and reputable public servant in Orange County. If he thinks the county is dealing with consultants who may have conflicts of interest or who have conveniently overlooked the public interest, I would take careful note of his advice. It does not cost us any more time or money to use consultants with clear records.
