In other men’s games:

Santa Ana 97, Fullerton 81--Mark Wulfemeyer scored 18 points and Zac Fray and Herbert Gracia each scored 16 points for host Santa Ana (19-5, 4-2), which used a 63-point second half to overcome an eight-point halftime deficit.

Chris Smith made nine of 14 three-pointers and had 31 points and Todd Jones had 18 points and 11 rebounds for Fullerton (14-10, 4-3).

Irvine Valley 66, Golden West 47--Mike Ahmad scored 18 points and Ryan Ellis scored 17 points for host Irvine Valley (14-9, 3-4), which led by 14 at the half. Cliff Aska led Golden West (5-17, 0-7) with 17 points.

Riverside 84, Orange Coast 79--David Castleton scored 35 points, including five three-pointers, and Dave Elliott had 22 points and 10 rebounds for visiting Orange Coast (12-10, 1-6), which lost for the 18th consecutive time to Riverside.

Brian Collins scored 25 points for host Riverside (19-7, 6-1).

In women’s games:

Orange Coast 69, Riverside 58--Reserve Karen Fierst made four of six three-point attempts and finished with 21 points for visiting Orange Coast (22-2, 6-1), which is ranked third in the state.

Sarah Middlebrooke added 13 points and 17 rebounds for OCC.

Irvine Valley 63, Golden West 53--Jennifer O’Keefe scored 19 for Irvine Valley (16-7, 5-2), which hosts first-place Santa Ana at 5:30 p.m. Friday.

Santa Ana 98, Fullerton 81--Atari Parker scored 29 points and Stephanie Patten, who made 13 of 14 free throws, added 27 for host Santa Ana (20-2, 7-0).

Cypress 67, Saddleback 47--Sharee Brown had 28 points and 12 rebounds for host Cypress (6-16, 1-6).
