Authorities Seek Public’s Help Finding 3 Men, 1 Woman
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people being sought for allegedly violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.
Randy Lee Holbert, 41, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possessing narcotics. His last known address was in the 200 block of Center Street in Ventura and he last worked for a Ventura mobile-home company.
Holbert is white, 6 feet 1, 210 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Eric Ryan Johnson, 28, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for selling and transporting narcotics. His last known residence was in Thousand Oaks.
Johnson is white, 5 feet 10, 170 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. His tattoos include a dragon and demon figure on his back, a skull on his chest, an eight-ball on his right calf and a horse on his right arm.
Theresa Ramona Frenes, 27, who also uses the last name Colgrove, allegedly violated her probation on theft and drug convictions. Her last known address was in the 500 block of Hobson Way in Oxnard.
Frenes is Latina, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Her tattoos include the names “Huerto” on her right arm, “Terri” on her left hand and “Frenes” on her right leg.
Tony Quintana Alfaro, 43, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction of possessing narcotics. His last known address was in the 600 block of Meta Street in Oxnard, and he last worked in the 700 block of West Hueneme Road.
Alfaro is Latino, 6 feet, 190 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has unknown names tattooed on his left arm and chest.
Anyone with information about these cases is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. The call can be anonymous and a reward is available for information that leads to a conviction.
