CYPRESS
City councilman Tim Keenan was elected to a two-year term on the Orange County Council of Governments during the League of California Cities meeting. He was elected by mayors from across Orange County. For the past three years, Keenan has represented the Orange County council on the Southern California Assn. of Government’s Transportation and Communications Committee. The panel studies issues and makes recommendations related to city governments.
