The City Council will hold a town hall meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to hear residents’ feelings about the proposed El Toro airport. The meeting will be held at City Hall at 17855 Santiago Blvd. The board will vote on Measure F, the anti-El Toro airport initiative, at the end of the public forum.
