One Big Pan
With a name like Colossus Elegante, you’d expect this pan to be big. And it is--a giant 15x2-inch copper-clad stainless steel baking pan from Timber Cove Cookery in Oregon. It was designed and created by Banner Hutzinger, whose wife, Pam, came up with a giant apple pie recipe for it. Pam also suggests using the pan for quiches, lasagna, paella, meat pies, deep-dish pizza--big hits at gatherings such as reunions and potlucks. The pan can go in the oven or on top of the stove. And the company can hand-etch the pan bottom with a business logo or personal message. A polishing cloth and a hook for hanging is included.
