Minoo Kadkhabazadeh of Woodland Hills was pronounced dead at the scene of the 7 a.m. accident, authorities said.
Witnesses said the driver of the other car, 24-year-old Abdolreza Gostar of Calabasas was speeding, and authorities said he may have run a red light.
