Water on Mars

Re “Mars Images Have Experts Gushing,” June 23: They have me gushing. Just when I thought we might run out of a reliable source of water. However, the statement that “Mars meets all the requirements for life” is a bit of a stretch.

I did not see, in the photo, any fabulous restaurants, sports utility vehicles, or dot-com anything. I will not be buying property there, but I would like some of that water. Well, I’ve gotta go hose my driveway now.
