The eastbound lane on Chapman Avenue has been temporarily closed this week for daytime construction on the Costa Mesa Freeway bridge above Chapman Avenue. The one eastbound lane will be restricted between Tustin Avenue and the southbound freeway offramp. Information: (800) 724-0353.
