Children can pet a monitor lizard, known for its dragon-like appearance, during an afternoon of storytelling at the Mary Wilson Library from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. March 27. Instructors from Wonders of Wildlife, an educational group from Anaheim, will give a presentation celebrating the Year of the Dragon.
