HUNTINGTON BEACH
The Orange County Human Relations Commission will honor Huntington Beach High School teacher Rose Molina for her human rights work at its 29th anniversary awards banquet March 26.
Molina has been a member of the local Human Relations Task Force since its inception three years ago. The committee has produced a number of events encouraging dialogue and understanding among the city’s residents.
The banquet will take place at 5 p.m. at the Garden Grove Community Center, 11300 Stanford Ave. The event costs $12, including dinner and entertainment. Tickets: (714) 567-7470.
