PLACENTIA
The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District will continue taking applications for superintendent until April 14.
School district officials expect to start their screening process and interviews shortly thereafter. Their goal is to hire, by July 1, a replacement for James O. Fleming, who retires June 30.
The school district has hired Leadership Associates to conduct a candidate search.
