The Lions Club and the Lions Scout Center are sponsoring a free concert and flag ceremony beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday at City Hall Park. The United States Marine Corps Band will perform to help residents celebrate Flag Recognition Day.
City Hall Park is at 401 South Brea Blvd. Free miniature American flags will be passed out to kids.
