Gateway Inc. and IXL Enterprises Inc. said they would jointly market personal computers, Internet access, financing, training and other PC-related products to corporate employees to use for the home or office. In addition, Gateway agreed to pay $150 million for a 10% stake in Consumer Financial Network, a unit of IXL that provides employee benefits and human resources services.
