FULLERTON
Members of Cal State Fullerton’s baseball team will be visiting Pacific Drive Elementary School todayto work with the students in a mentoring program that is 5 years old.
Each year, team members meet with students in the Buddies program to work on baseball skills, help them with their homework and build mentoring relationships with the younger children.
Today’s visit is the first of four planned throughout the year. When the college baseball season starts, many Pacific Drive students attend home games to watch their buddies in action.
