Former Assemblyman Scott Baugh (R-Huntington Beach) will speak at the Seal Beach Republican Women Federated’s holiday luncheon at the Long Beach Yacht Club at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 9.
Participants are encouraged to bring unwrapped toys for the Spark of Love project sponsored by Orange County firefighters. Cost of the luncheon is $25. Reservations must be made by Dec. 5. Information: (562) 596-5659.
