LAKE FOREST
The City Council will discuss strategies Tuesday for eradicating the red gum lerp psyllid, an insect that has infested eucalyptus trees in the area. The council will meet at 7 p.m. at Lake Forest City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
