Madonna’s ‘Music’ Has Local Appeal
Madonna’s “Music” was bumped from No. 1 on the national album chart by both Mystikal and 98 Degrees, but her Southland neighbors stayed loyal, keeping the album on top of the Southern California sales tally. No such luck on the singles list, though, where Christina Aguilera now reigns both locally and nationally.
