Grant 27, Reseda 23--Perry Clayton scored on a 12-yard run with 1:13 remaining to erase a three-point deficit and Grant (2-3) held on at Reseda. Clayton had 176 yards in 27 carries and scored on runs of five, one, 43 and 12 yards.
Reseda (1-4) marched to the Grant 16 with eight seconds to play, but running back Eddie Robinson was stopped at the three-yard line after catching a pass from Matt Diaz as time expired.
Robinson rushed for 111 yards in 20 carries and scored on a three-yard run with 47 seconds left in the third quarter to give the Regents a 23-20 lead. He caught four passes for 68 yards.
Diaz completed eight of 16 passes for 155 yards with one interception.
Alfonso Estrada of Grant completed eight of 13 passes for 105 yards with two interceptions.
