LAGUNA NIGUEL
City staff have recommended that the Parks and Recreation Commission select a landscape-architecture firm to design the playground at Chapparosa Park when the commission meets Tuesday.
The firm selected by the commission still would need final council approval.
The Parks and Recreation Commission meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
