The Seal Beach International Friendship Assn. will be hosting its annual potluck meeting, including favorite regional appetizers, at the Mary Wilson Library Senior Center at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 19. The event includes a presentation on Ecuador by former travel writer and photographer Jason Rubinsteen.
A report on the group’s humanitarian efforts with the disadvantaged residents of Todos Santos in Baja, Mexico, will also be given. Reservations are requested. Information: (562) 596-8568.
