Rob Fee Joins Meyerhof’s as Executive Chef

Rob Fee has been appointed executive chef of Meyerhof’s and Cuisine M, an Irvine catering company. He was previously the main cook at Main Course Catering in New Paltz, N.Y., and banquet chef and kitchen manager at Westpark Winery, also in New York.

Arnold Paulson has been named vice president of actuarial services for PacifiCare Health Systems Inc. in Santa Ana. He had been director and health services actuary in the company’s corporate health care economics department. He joined PacifiCare in 1990 as an actuarial analyst in the corporate health data analysis department.

Harold Singleton III has joined Metropolitan West Capital Management LLC in Newport Beach as senior vice president. Singleton was previously a partner at Brinson Partners Inc., the Chicago investment management division of UBS A.G., and a senior analyst with the Brinson Partners family of mutual funds. Before joining Brinson in 1996, Singleton was a senior portfolio manager with Fifth Third Bank of Northwestern Ohio and a portfolio manager and equity analyst with Zaske, Sarafa & Associates. In addition, David M. Graham has been named vice president. He had been senior portfolio manager with Wells Fargo Bank’s private client services, and before that he was vice president of Palley-Needleman Asset Management Co.
