Free breast cancer screenings will be available to women age 40 and older beginning at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the center, 341 Hillcrest St., in a partnership with the YWCA of North Orange County and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
ENCOREplus, the YWCA’s early detection program, will conduct the private screenings. Screenings will include a mammogram, a clinical breast exam and self-exam instructions.
