Twins Must Return to U.S., Judge Rules

The “Internet Twins”--born in America and adopted online by a British couple--should go home to have a court decide who should raise them, a judge ruled.
Justice Andrew Kirkwood ruled that the 9-month-old girls should be returned to Missouri, where their estranged biological parents are seeking custody.
Judith and Alan Kilshaw of Wales were considering whether to appeal. They brought the babies to Britain three months ago after paying double the fee paid by a California couple who also wanted them.
