T&O; Group Promotes Robinson to GM
Dave Robinson, executive vice president and media director of the T&O; Group in Irvine, has been appointed general manager. Before joining the advertising and public relations agency two years ago, Robinson was senior vice president, media director at Doner Advertising in Baltimore.
* Sue Hagen has been named executive vice president of innovation and quality at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services in Irvine. She was previously executive vice president of operations and before that, president of the Midwest region of the relocation division.
* Joan LoMonico has joined Real Estate Temps, part of the Building Industry Staffing division of Strategic HR Services in Costa Mesa, as director of business development and training for San Diego County. She has more than 25 years’ experience in real estate.
* R.D. Bruce has joined Canterbury Consulting in Newport Beach as chief financial officer. He was formerly director of contracts, human resources and administration at SRS Technologies in Newport Beach.
* Christopher J. Auer has joined the Irvine Co. Retail Properties as vice president, leasing, development centers. He was a leasing consultant at the Irvine Co. from 1994 to 1996 and later served as retail specialist at Strategic Retail Advisors.
* Charles Wyman has been named executive vice president and head of credit research at Pimco in Newport Beach. Wyman had been a principal at Morgan Stanley in New York, and before that, held positions with Lehman Brothers and with the consulting firm of Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Wyman succeeds Ray Kennedy as head of credit. Kennedy, who used to oversee both credit and structured products, will now co-manage Pimco’s public high yield funds along with managing director Ben Trosky. Kennedy will continue to manage high yield structured products.
* John Hnanicek has joined Paciolan, an Irvine ticketing company, as president and chief operating officer. He had been executive vice president and chief operating officer at eToys Inc., and before that, held positions in technology and operations with OfficeMax and Hollywood Entertainment.
* Steven King has joined the brokerage firm of Brookstreet Securities Corp. in Irvine. Previously, he was an account executive and investment analyst, focusing on the petroleum industry for Global Resource Investments Ltd. King was one of the founding members of the Newfield Exploration Co.
* Carl Ettensperger has been named managing director of the Singapore office of Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo in Newport Beach. He was formerly principal with Interior Design Network International, Pte., which Wimberly Allison acquired.
* Kenneth Martini has joined Shugart Technology Inc. in Irvine as vice president of worldwide sales. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the data storage industry.
* Hoshi Printer has rejoined Autobytel.com in Irvine as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Printer was chief financial officer from January 1999 to June 2000. Amit Kothari, Autobytel.com’s interim chief financial officer, will resume his position as vice president, corporate controller. Printer has been chief financial officer of BestOffer.com, a San Francisco-based online used car company, and Peerless Systems Corp.
