NAFTA on Wheels
All trucks should be barred from U.S. highways if they don’t meet the legal standards. Does Mexico want us to send unsafe trucks into Mexico? I hope not. I don’t think the North American Free Trade Agreement authorizes unsafe vehicles on any highways, nor was it intended to usurp vehicle safety regulations.
