Speeding Buses Collide on Highway, Killing 35

Two speeding buses collided on a highway in northern Bangladesh, killing 35 people and injuring at least 50, police said.
Among the dead were three children and one of the drivers, who reportedly ignored passenger pleas to slow down, police said.
Many of the injured were in critical condition, police said. There were 129 passengers on the buses.
Police quoted witnesses as saying one bus lost control after a tire burst.
The accident occurred outside the town of Bogra.
