* The Jan. 30 obituary of Leo Marks omitted the fact that his father was the owner of Marks & Company, the London bookstore made famous by Helene Hanff’s book “84 Charing Cross Road.” It surely must have been painful for him to see the store’s destruction and the subsequent occupation of the site by a pizza place.
