Oxnard 54, Hueneme 37--Sienna Abraham had 13 points and eight assists, Tiffany Walker had 12 points and six steals and the No. 9-ranked Yellowjackets (7-6) won in a Pacific View League opener at Hueneme.
Channel Islands 54, Rio Mesa 46--Liz Matthews had 18 points and seven rebounds, and Taylor Lumas and 14 points and 15 rebounds for the Raiders (5-7) in a Pacific View League opener at Channel Islands.
Louisville 61, Alemnay 56--Sarah Kelso scored 23 points for the Royals (8-6) in a Mission League opener at Louisville.
Notre Dame 80, Flintridge Sacred Heart 42--Sierra Hauser-Price had 23 points, eight rebounds and five steals for the Knights in a Mission League victory at Notre Dame.
Lindsay Cohen added 13 points and seven steals for Notre Dame (8-8), which connected on 50% of its shots.
Cleveland 48, Kennedy 35--Brynne Steward had 20 points and five steals for the Cavaliers (9-2) in a quarterfinal victory at the Fairfax tournament.
Frazier Mountain 55, Desert 40--Ashley Sodergren had 19 points and 15 rebounds for the Falcons (11-3, 2-0) in a High Desert League victory at Frazier Mountain.
Viewpoint 46, Yeshiva 32--Krystal Dry scored 20 points for the Patriots (4-3, 2-2) in a Liberty League victory at Viewpoint.
L.A. Baptist 43, Pasadena Marshall 28--Kelly Feirfeil had 18 points to help the Knights (5-6) win an Alpha League opener at L.A. Baptist.
St. Anthony 48, Bell-Jeff 43--Jeanne Peoples had 14 points and six steals but the Guards (6-8) lost a Camino Real League opener at St. Anthony.
BOYS
Fremont 96, Canoga Park 74--Cecil Brown scored 37 points but it wasn’t enough for the Hunters in a nonleague game at Fremont.
Walter Burch had 14 points and Donte Witherspoon added 12 for Canoga Park (6-8).
Oakwood 60, Windward 49--Nick Mark had 26 points and nine rebounds, and the Gorillas (9-1, 2-0) outscored the Wildcats, 18-2, in the third quarter and went on for a Liberty League victory at Oakwood.
L.A. Lutheran 52, Faith Baptist 35--Andre Fortier had 16 points and nine rebounds, and Tony White added 16 points and five steals for the Lions (3-4) in a Liberty League opener at L.A. Lutheran.
Areg Ohanian scored 17 points for the Contenders (2-8).
WOMEN
Antelope Valley 99, Cerro Coso 40--Kristel Jones scored 17 points, and the Marauders held the Coyotes to 13 points in the first half of a Foothill Conference opener at Cerro Coso.
Chawonda Barris had 12 points, and Jameka Taylor added 10 steals and six assists for Antelope Valley (10-8).
