Tyler Adamczyk had 15 points and 15 rebounds for Westlake and Brandon Duplessie scored 12 points.

Simi Valley extended its league winning streak to 27 games.

Thousand Oaks 80, Royal 57--Ben Olson scored 19 points and the Lancers (10-4, 1-1) won a Marmonte league game at Royal.

Kyle Kegley added 16 points for Thousand Oaks, which led, 23-8, after the first quarter.
