* CAL STATE NORTHRIDGE (8-6, 1-0) at CAL STATE SACRAMENTO (3-8, 0-1), 7 p.m.--Northridge has dominated the Hornets, winning 27 of 34 games and all eight Big Sky Conference matchups by an average of 23.9 points. The Matadors, picked to win the Big Sky title, began that task Thursday with an 89-78 victory at Weber State in which Brian Heinle and John Burrell each scored 28 points. Heinle leads the Big Sky in scoring averaging 19.1 points. Sacramento, under first-year Coach Jerome Jenkins, is striving for respectability. The Hornets were 3-13 in conference last season, finishing in a last-place tie with Idaho State.
