Builders Thought to Be Trapped Under Rubble
From Times Wire Reports
Rescue workers seeking five men believed trapped in a collapsed London apartment building brought in hydraulic lifting gear and listening equipment after picking through the ruins for a day.
At least four other people were injured in the collapse of the three-story building at 8 a.m. in the north London district of Tottenham.
All the residents had been traced, rescue workers said, but five builders were missing. They had been knocking down a wall in a ground-floor shop.
