Playing Whale Trainer for a Day
Want to find out what it would be like to be a whale or dolphin trainer? It will cost you $350-but at least you can skip the job application process. SeaWorld San Diego’s new “Trainer for a Day” program lets participants follow a SeaWorld trainer on a seven-hour work shift and interact with a dolphin. You must be at least 13 years old. Reservations are required; only two guests per day can participate. So far the program has been popular; recently it was booked about three months ahead. Tel. (877) 436-5746.
